Get ready for an unforgettable adventure with a scenic mountain ride up Grünberg and a delicious à la carte lunch at the charming Grünbergalm Restaurant.

Whether you’re looking to explore nature, capture stunning views, or enjoy exciting activities, there’s something for everyone!

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, 10th May 2025

Location: Karl-Josef-von-Frey-Gasse 4, 4810 Gmunden, Grünbergbahn station

Costs (including cable car and food):

Adults: € 20,-
Kids aged 6-15 years: € 15,-
Kids: 0-6 years: free

All attendees, including children (please indicate their age in the comment section), must be registered.

Itinerary:

11:15 AM: We gather at the Grünbergbahn station and embark on an exciting cable car ride to the top.

Upon arrival, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Lake Traunsee and the majestic Alpine mountains.

Take in the stunning scenery, enjoy a leisurely walk, snap some amazing photos, and connect with fellow participants.

After some time to explore and relax, we’ll head down to the Grünbergalm at 1:30 PM for a delicious à la carte lunch.

After lunch, the fun continues!

You can explore more of Grünberg (not included in the price):

Take a nature walk or go for a fun toboggan ride!
Discover the exciting high ropes course for some adrenaline.
Hike through the beautiful forest and scenic trails.

Additional Information:

The trip is family-friendly, so bring the whole crew! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Wear sturdy shoes for walking and hiking 🥾.

Getting there by car or train:
You can arrive by train from the following stations:

Linz Hbf: Fahrplan - ÖBB
Ried im Innkreis Bhf: Fahrplan - ÖBB
Wels Hbf: Fahrplan - ÖBB

Seat reservations are recommended to ensure you have a comfortable journey.

This trip is weather dependent—if the weather is too bad, we will unfortunately have to cancel 🌧️.
