The intercultural competence seminar for companies in Upper Austria – developed in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH Oberösterreich) – strengthens awareness of cultural differences, conveys practical approaches, and promotes long-term success in a globalized working environment through effective collaboration.

    Participants learn how to avoid cultural misunderstandings, successfully integrate international professionals, and create an inclusive, respectful work environment.
