International coffees

In a hectic workday, there is often little time to deal with the daily challenges of living in a new country – especially for international employees and their families. This is exactly where we want to support you.

With our “International coffee,” we provide an opportunity for exchange, directly at your company. In a relaxed atmosphere, we take the time to address individual questions and concerns of your international colleagues.

The topics are as diverse as your workforce – whether it’s leisure activities with children, public transportation, or local customs in Upper Austria. Our goal is to provide orientation, promote integration, and in doing so, also ease the workload on HR departments.

  • International Success – Intercultural Competence
    In a globalized world, intercultural competence is essential for successfully managing cultural diversity. The intercultural competence seminar for companies in Upper Austria – developed in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH Oberösterreich) – strengthens awareness of cultural differences, conveys practical approaches, and promotes long-term success in a globalized working environment through effective collaboration.

    Participants learn how to avoid cultural misunderstandings, successfully integrate international professionals, and create an inclusive, respectful work environment. 
    The seminar offers customized content tailored to different target groups. It not only fosters cultural sensitivity but also provides concrete solutions for dealing with diversity – an investment in the future sustainability of companies and organizations.

  • Language: The training is conducted in either German or English, depending on your preference.

Specifically designed for practical application in HR, this program offers a foundational education in just five modules.
